I have a wonderfully supportive husband, four crazy fun boys ages 6, 5, 3, and 1, and two cuddly pups that keep my life hopping. My husband and I are making changes to our lifestyle. We are eating better and working out. I go to Zumba 2 to 3 times a week and love it. It is the first workout that I enjoy doing and is sustainable for me. I’ve joined my husband and started DDP Yoga on my non-zumba days. My boys also love to go on walk as a family as well.

My goal is to be the active mom who takes her kids to play at the park, and joins them! I want summer vacations to be filled with camping and hiking. Most importantly, I want my boys to grow up thinking being active is normal; that activity means fun, not that activity means a forced workout. Our changes seem to be working because my 6yo want to train to run in races!
